I did not receive the book I purchased.The book would have been nice if only I had it.

This is a carefully written book focusing on competitively bid commercial construction projects using the "design then bid" method of project delivery. The book assumes that the AIA (American Institute of Architects) set of forms will be used - a reasonable assumption since these forms are apropriate and have long been the standard of this delivery system.
