I was required to read this for work. It's a mix of tired leadership cliches and hippy nonsense.

Great outline for the main things needed to build culture. I wish it would have gone more in depth with an action plan, but all in all a great introduction to culture.

Excellent advice for building a strong culture at work or on the field. I hope to be able to implement most of the ideas at work!
