As a member of the Zuni Pueblo, I validate the position and tone set forth for the Zuni people in the text. In addition, this book exemplifies the issues the Zuni Pueblo faces today (2005) on paper rather than by death.

An excellent, excellent book! This is an extremely well-written and very interesting book about a great man who played a very important role in the history of the Zuni tribe.
