Clear and concise and helpful!.

Many times kids, and adults for that matter, are very uncertain about how to act in certain social situations. If you have overheard someone say that a certain person "has the manners of a duck" you probably are grateful they aren't talking about you.

This was comprehensive, and easy to read. I have been reading portions of the book to my second grade students, and they love it!
